Our small law firm operates in Rome since 1999 under the direction of senior lawyer Avv. Benedetta Ballatore. Avv. Ballatore was admitted to the bar in 1994. Prior to setting up her own firm in Rome, she practiced as a lawyer with a law firm in Milan. Avv. Ballatore is a qualified barrister for representation at the higher appeals court, and focuses on in-court and out-of-court litigation in matters of civil law, commercial law, labour law and family law, assisting both companies and private individuals. She also has specific experience in questions of inheritance and entitlement to Italian citizenship. Avv. Ballatore assists also in English and German language.
